Wasted my money

I wanted this to work, Ive gone through all the troubleshooting hoops to make it work (MacBook Air, iPhone 6s, all software up to date) but essentially it works when initially setup and then within a day loses its connection to the iPhone making the application useless. Support is non-responsive which is a great shame. Ive now given up and would not recommend this app.
