Cant connect to my ios device 6S and Mac Pro wOSX

Ive tried everything to reset bluetooth and start over with both apps on both devices but the iphone wont reconnect.

I am not able to submit tech support email through your sight either, just FAQs only. I dont use twitter nor do i want to communicate via FB.

I want my $5 back!
